Many people I talk to about coaching think of lofty slogans, like socialist images of "Poland growing in strength and people living prosperously," and other such notions like "strengthen faster, more," and so on. But that's not the case with Robert. Robert helps solve real problems, and he does it in a truly fantastic way. He focuses both on the issue and the interlocutor. He has vast experience supported by many examples that stick very well in memory.
I personally had the pleasure of working with Robert for several years, including as a coach, and I remember it very fondly. What I learned then, I still apply practically today. As I mentioned, the methods Robert uses are really professional and help not only increase the efficiency of what you do but also, perhaps most importantly, have great satisfaction from it.

I met Robert Żelewski a few years ago at the beginning of my journey and adventure with mentoring and coaching. At that time, I wasn't quite sure what to expect or where this entire process would lead me. Robert turned out to be the right person to start this process with because our first sessions, the initial part of our joint mentoring work, were dedicated to helping me understand what I expected, how I wanted to develop, and what my plan was. After that, it became much easier.
Robert is quite a demanding coach and mentor. He has a very professional approach and a vast array of tools that he knows how to use effectively. However, he also requires those he works with to put in their effort into their development. In reality, no one can develop on your behalf, and taking responsibility for your development is the beginning. This openness is the start of the journey to make it all work.
Working with Robert was very good for me. Although we started this cooperation focused on my work and professional development, from a perspective, I can see how much my personal, private approach to development has also changed. Therefore, I can confidently recommend working with Robert or entering such a mentoring or coaching relationship. See if it suits you. Everyone needs to find the optimal relationship for themselves. It worked for me, and for that, I am grateful to Robert
